Si totusi unele afaceri rezista foarte bine. De ce?</p>

<p>Pentru ca in aceste afaceri, managerii si specialistii au actionat cu prioritate in urmatoarele directii:</p>
<ul>
<li>au reevaluat oportunitatile si riscurile de pe piata;</li>
<li>au restructurat si au diversificat portofoliul de produse si servicii in functie de nevoile si puterea de cumparare a clientilor platitori;</li>
<li>au monitorizat eficienta financiara a fiecarei vanzari si pun accentul pe incasari si profit comercial.</li>
